The ‘Basic Expert Witness Training’ organized by our Center is conducted under a protocol established with the Department of Expert Witnessing of the Ministry of Justice’s General Directorate of Legal Affairs. Accordingly, the ‘Basic Expert Witness Training’ was held on January 31 and February 1, 7, and 8, 2026. The 12-hour theoretical component of the training was delivered by Dr. Sibel Terzi Kahraman, a faculty member in the Department of Business Administration at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, while the 12-hour practical component was conducted by Prof. Dr. Yafes Yıldız, a faculty member and Vice-Rector of our University. Personnel serving in various public institutions and organizations in Bartın province participated in the training.
