The ‘Basic Expert Witness Training’ is conducted by our Center within the scope of a protocol established with the Department of Expert Witnessing under the Ministry of Justice’s General Directorate of Legal Affairs. Accordingly, the training was held on December 6–7 and 13–14, 2025. The 12-hour theoretical component was delivered by Dr. Sibel Terzi Kahraman, a faculty member in the Department of Business Administration at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, while the 12-hour practical component was conducted by Prof. Dr. Yafes Yıldız, a faculty member and Vice-Rector of our University. Personnel serving in various public institutions and organizations in Bartın participated in the training.
